This Privacy Policy explains how JejeFlow (the “App”) collects, uses, protects, and handles your information. By using the App, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Our Core Commitment: Local Data Sovereignty
JejeFlow is designed as an offline-first application. Your core business records—inventory, sales history, debtor ledgers, and generated receipts—stay locally and securely on your device using encrypted storage. We do not host or store this sensitive data on our servers, reducing risk from cloud failures or data loss.
2. Information We Collect (and What We Don’t)
A. Data stored locally on your device
- Business records: Products, sales, expenses, customer names/contact details for invoicing.
- Settings: Business name, currency preference, Pro Plan status.
B. Data collected for operational purposes

- No SMS or Call Log reading.
- No storage of bank passwords or external account numbers.

3. Data Storage, Backup, and Security
A. Security measures
Security relies on your device (lock, encryption). We use industry best practices to secure the local database (e.g., SQLite/Drizzle) against unauthorized access.
B. Data backup
You can manually export your database and save it to Google Drive, email, or any storage you control. This is not automatic cloud sync—you manage backups to prevent data loss.
C. Data retention & deletion
Data remains on your device while the app is installed. If you uninstall, local data may be lost unless you exported a backup.
4. Updates to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Effective Date” above.
